Martin Ferraudi is an international law clerk from Buenos Aires, Argentina working as an international trainee for Fridman Fels & Soto, PLLC in 2025. He is a senior associate in the Litigation, Arbitration, Compliance, and Bankruptcy department at the Argentine law firm of Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani. In his daily practice, he represents and advises clients, primarily in civil and commercial lawsuits, arbitration, financial and commercial regulatory issues, as well as other areas such as anti-money laundering compliance and foreign exchange criminal defense. Martin is also a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.

Martin earned a Law degree with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2019. He also completed a postgraduate specialization in Civil Procedural Law at the Law School of Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2021. Additionally, Martin serves as a professor of Introduction to Civil Law at the Law School of Universidad de Buenos Aires, a position he earned following a public competition.
