Santiago Andrés Nieto is a senior associate in the Litigation, Arbitration, Compliance, and Bankruptcy department at the Argentinean law firm of Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani, specializing in litigation, civil, and commercial law. He is also a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. In his daily practice, he represents and advises clients, primarily in civil and commercial lawsuits, arbitration, financial and commercial regulatory issues, as well as other areas such as white-collar criminal defense and compliance.

Santiago earned a Law degree with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2014. He also completed a postgraduate specialization in Civil Procedural Law at the Law School of Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2021. Additionally, Santiago serves as a professor of Civil and Commercial Procedural Law at the Law School of Universidad de Buenos Aires, a position he earned following a public competition. He has published an article in the Civil and Commercial Code Journal (Year VI, Number 7) of Thomson Reuters-La Ley in Argentina. Before joining Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani, Santiago was an associate member of Bouzat, Rosenkrantz and Associates Law Firm, collaborating with Carlos Rosenkrantz, a current member of the Supreme Court of Argentina.
