Alejandra Berlioz

Alejandra Berlioz is a senior associate at Fridman Fels & Soto, PLLC, where she works on complex business litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and corporate investigations. She joined the firm from White & Case LLP, where she practiced in the firm's international litigation and data privacy group, advising major technology and social media companies on regulatory and product policy matters across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

At FFS, Ms. Berlioz works closely with Michael Garcia on internal investigations and compliance matters, and with the broader litigation team on white-collar defense and cross-border matters. Her background in GDPR and European regulatory practice — combined with her Spanish fluency and White & Case experience representing multinational clients — brings a dimension to the firm's practice that few boutiques can access.

Before White & Case, Ms. Berlioz externed for Judge Linda Wells of the Third District Court of Appeal in Florida and for the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office and Innocence Project Florida, where she prepared motions in criminal proceedings and handled client intake. She was also a Teach for America corps member, working to close the educational inequality gap in Jacksonville, Florida.

Ms. Berlioz was a White & Case Pro Bono Award recipient for four consecutive years for her work representing individuals in civil rights actions and asylum proceedings, and served as a Black Affinity Network representative and liaison with the firm's Executive Committee on diversity and inclusion matters.
